Join Norfolk artist, Hilary VanWright, for a 3 part pastel drawing workshop. We will meet in the center of Norfolk (Station Place) and spend three 2 hour session capturing the beautiful spring colors.

Maximum 12 participants.
All supplies are provided, but feel free to bring your own pastels if you’d like.

Session breakdown:
Week 1: Get familiar with the medium, texture, tone, and tools. Scope out the scene for something you’d like to capture in a longer duration drawing.

Week 2: Begin longer study drawing. Hilary will provide instruction and feedback throughout.

Week 2: Complete your pastel drawing. Group crit/review of all the works.
